At Town Center Dental of LaGrange, we are excited to be a part of Red Nose Day 2018. While you’ll soon see that our team looks great with our red noses on, this cause is about so much more than that.
Red Nose Day is about ending childhood poverty, one nose at a time. You may be wondering what the significance of the red nose is. It is a simple and powerful symbol, and it reminds us to laugh! We are particularly excited that this year’s noses have a touch of silver sparkle. As the folks at Red Nose remind us “giving children a brighter future is something to celebrate.”
Red Nose Day is Thursday, May 24.
We will be joining people across the country to wear our Red Noses (available for purchase at Walgreens) on May 24th. The money generated from red nose purchases will help children in need. Wearing our noses will help to raise awareness. We hope you will join us! In addition, we are raising funds for this exceptional cause. You can help out by visiting our fundraising page at:
Red Nose Day started in the UK in 1988. The first U.S. Red Nose Day was held in 2015. In three years, 100 million dollars has been raised, and over eight million children have been positively impacted in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and in the poorest communities in Latin America, Asia and Africa. We hope to see those numbers continue to skyrocket! We are so excited to help, and we hope you are too!
